Demonstration Scenario
One continuous operation across two 12-hour shifts
- 01DAY 1 · DAY SHIFT · 06:00–18:00
Airport operating normally — Primary work handled first
Primary tasks are managed as they arise: Gate 42 boarding delay, Belt 7 failure, Pier A/B transit congestion. Planned work waits for off-peak capacity.
- 02DAY 1 · DAY SHIFT · 14:00
Stewardship assignment issued — ZONE C, lens: CLEANING SERVICES
During an off-peak period the shift receives ONE zone and ONE operational lens. The Terminal Duty Officer opens the inspection.
- 03DAY 1 · DAY SHIFT · 14:38
AOS-CLN-004 answered NO — CRITICAL failure
Evidence captured (photo, exact location, description). Corrective action CA-0455 raised against the Cleaning provider. Inspection marked FAILED. Finding remains open.
- 04DAY 1 · 18:00 HANDOVER
Day Shift hands over to Night Shift
Primary tasks first, then Non-Primary, then Planned. Two Planned tasks recorded as deferred due to operational demand — not overdue. Nothing disappears.
- 05DAY 1 · NIGHT SHIFT · 18:00–06:00
Night Shift inherits the open finding — assignment: ZONE C, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
The Night Shift sees CA-0455 open and monitors it, while independently conducting its own Facilities lens inspection of Zone C.
- 06DAY 2 · DAY SHIFT · 06:00
Day Shift resumes — assignment: ZONE C, QUALITY ASSURANCE
The cycle continues lens by lens until all seven certification lenses have reviewed Zone C.
- 07CYCLE COMPLETE
Zone C Digital Passport complete → certification decision
Zone C is currently NOT FULLY CERTIFIED: the Cleaning lens failed and five lenses remain outstanding. The exact failed standard is shown on the passport.
